About this position:
Our client is a rapidly growing UK-based supplier and brand of health, beauty and personal care products. Due to promotion, they are looking recruit an Account Director.
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for primarily the management of the company’s key Grocery and Ecommerce accounts.
- You will develop strong relationships with existing clients in order to both maintain and expand their accounts, as well as seeking opportunities to successfully generate new business with the aim of achieving revenue growth throughout the UK.
- You will manage and cultivate a large team and be responsible for motivating this team both commercially and culturally.
- Ideally of graduate calibre, you have experience of account management and expansion within the FMCG sector, preferably within Personal Care categories. A grocery or retail background is looked upon favourably in the absence of direct FMCG sales experience.
- You are a motivate individual with strong communication and leadership teams, prepared to lead a large team
- You are commercially astute with the gravitas to represent a globally leading group with large blue-chip customers.
