Our client is one of the UK’s largest independent Elevator & Escalator manufacturing, Installation and servicing company’s providing lift maintenance and design, servicing, manufacturing, installation to Blue chip clients. They wish to appoint a service manager.
Reporting into the service director you will be responsible for managing a team of Engineers providing repair and service to customers across the city of London
You will manage the optimisation of services and repair staff to ensure Safety, profitability, commercial returns and highest standards of client satisfaction to budget
You will promote best practice across the department ensuring robust engineering process and procedures and weekly monitoring and reporting.
Ideally Degree in engineering qualified you will have a successful track record of running engineering teams providing services and repair of mechanical and electrical capital equipment ideally with sector expertise
You will have the experience and gravitas to lead and manage remote teams promoting best practice, engineering expertise, customer satisfaction and innovation.
