Our client a major defence organisation are looking to expand their Business Development capability. They are now looking to expand their team in the Security space with a key focus on Cyber Security. You will have a successful track record of engaging with clients to develop custom work programmes in response to specific client needs and a detailed knowledge of the challenges and opportunities that face clients.
- Drive, lead, create and manage a business development pipeline utilising your existing network of business along with your creativity to source prospective clients and partners
- Be able to manage multiple stakeholders across numerous locations
- To lead and further develop a team and also define strategies for the business area to effectively maximise business opportunities.
- Strong business development skills, with proven ability to drive performance from key accounts, and develop new relationships.
- Knowledge and experience of the Defence sector
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to develop relationships and drive brand presence
