- You will be responsible for leading a highly developed and motivated team, contributing to fresh and creative ways of improving operational efficiencies, supply chain and profitability.
- You will be comfortable operating in a highly customer facing role, managing, developing and motivating an experienced team to deliver a sales and operational strategy, which exceeds expectations.
- Ideally of graduate calibre with substantial experience of mechanical and electrical building services, an appreciation of soft FM services would be an advantage.
- You will be commercially astute with a proven track record of the delivery of profitable sales revenue growth.
