About this position:
Our client is a leading infrastructure, construction and support services business operating across both the public and private sectors.
- Reporting to the Group Director you will have full strategic sales responsibility providing TFM services predominantly Hard.
- Your key areas of responsibility will be sustainable, profitable business growth, contract negotiation and managing key customer relationships.
- Ideally you will have a broad sales profile across further education, housing, property and facilities management within both the public and private sectors
- The ability to develop and achieve sales strategies and action plans which will deliver significant business growth.
- You will be familiar with the bid process and experienced in the negotiation of complex contracts.
