Our client is a well-established construction, infrastructure and facilities management support services business, operating across the public and private sectors. With a planned programme of business growth, they wish to appoint a Business Development Director for their facilities management division.
- You will have full strategic sales responsibility operating primarily across the public sector, local authorities with some private sector work in both hard and soft FM services.
- To lead the further development of the medium and long-term business development strategies, delivering a robust pipeline of prospect clients and new business.
- Ideally of graduate calibre, you will have a demonstrable track record of sales success in either an FM solutions or construction business.
- Familiar with the bid process from initial tender documentation to contract negotiation through to winning the bid. You will have the capability to widen the scope of the business to meet challenging stretch targets in a rapidly evolving organisation.
