Our client a Tier 1 aerospace organisation are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation with exciting growth plans across both the aerospace and defence markets.
- Drive, lead, create and manage a business development pipeline utilising your existing network of business along with your creativity to source prospective clients and partners
- Be able to manage multiple stakeholders across numerous locations
- To support the leadership team with defining strategies for the business area to effectively maximise business opportunities.
- Strong business development / account management skills, with proven ability to drive performance from key accounts, and develop new relationships.
- Knowledge and experience of Aerospace and Defence ideally with an understanding of Intelligence and Surveillance
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to develop relationships and drive brand presence
