- Reporting into the board you will lead pre & post contract commercial teams ensuring returns whilst minimising exposure & risk.
- You will lead high level client negotiation across a diverse client portfolio leading commercial strategy.
- Degree / MRICS qualified you will have a track record of Commercial Management within the industrial services, asset management of specialist support services arena.
- You will be commercial, contractually & financially astute with the gravitas to lead & develop teams & processes.
