About this position: 

Our client is a leading multi-utility connections company working for many of the UK’s leading housebuilders, developers, and construction companies. They provide a bespoke all-in-one utility solution that are designed to meet the market and customer requirements for design and build of multi-utility networks connections.

They wish to appoint a Director of electricity operational Management

The Role: 

Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for the Operation Control department, unmetered and MPAN management, office admin support teams and leading a team of direct and indirect reports.

 

Leading the Operational team for one of England’s largest IDNO across the Control room, Operational work across networks and unmetered Supply Points.

 

Ensure that all recharges are processed correctly to recover costs of repairs of assets.

Oversee and supervise with DNO Operational and Contact Centres to ensure they have up to date data on faults whilst managing customer support on faults effecting customer supplies.

 

Ensure faults are repaired within timescales, OFGEM compliance & Safety

 

Manage the creation and trading of unmetered supply points.

 

The Person: 

 

Degree qualified you will have a proven track record of electricity distribution networks up to and including 132kV.

 

• Provide accurate quality work within the department to maintain a helpful and customer focussed work environment.

 

• Ensure that all relevant information is recorded accurately and submitted on time.

 

 

•Possess in-depth knowledge of current relevant legislation, technical standards and specifications with experience in liaising and working with partners, contractors and developers to ensure the successful delivery of all projects connecting to networks.
