Our client is a growing Civils Contracting business which is part of a larger Group.
Due to a combination of succession planning and upcoming works they would now like to appoint an Estimating Leader for this fast-paced business unit. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous flow of new business through the Company.
- Will scrutinise incoming enquiries, assess all relevant technical issues, prepare estimates and outline programmes for the costs of the work.
- Will manage a small team and submit proposals to clients, negotiate terms and conditions with clients prior to contract award and participate in tender handover meetings.
- Will have an ability to produce estimates from first principles and aptitude to work autonomously.
- Will be keen to join a growing company with a view to moving to Director level.
