Our client is a leading supplier of Agricultural Plant and Machinery. Due to further expansion they seek a General Manager to recognise and develop direct sales connections and introduce new model ranges.
- Reporting to the Group Managing Director you will be fully responsible for sales for the South west of the UK.
- Leading a team of industry professionals, you will drive profitable sales of new and used equipment, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Developing partnerships with related suppliers and manufacturers, you will work on developing affinity relationships and possible partnerships.
- Already in a senior role within the agricultural or related sector such as industrial plant, you will be confident to succeed.
- Clearly you will be a leader who can provide inspiration to a sales force, which operates within a traditionally conservative sector.
- You will be ambitious to join an exciting management team, contributing to expansion strategy, where delivery and success are both recognised and remunerated.
