About this position:
Our client is a growing company working in various sectors. Due to the implementation of a new managing structure they would now like to appoint a head of customer service.
- will design, develop and implement a customer service plan for the business having conducted a full review of the current position.
- Will manage 3 direct reports and ensure that products are being promoted by the relevant teams.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all Senior Managers whilst managing relationships with call centre managers across other divisions.
- Will ideally be of degree education and have a track record of dealing with customer service teams within the UK.
- Will have natural leadership abilities and create an inclusive environment to allow the team to create solutions and take ownership and have a positive impact on the team performance.
