Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturer of brand and Private label fast moving consumer goods with an established UK retail customer base. Due to further planned growth in UK and European Export markets they have restructured their commercial leadership team and have created a new structure.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and a key member of the new SLT, you will hold complete strategic responsibility for sales across initially UK discount retail markets – will take on a wider European remit in the mid-term.
- Will lead, mentor and further expand a small dedicated team whilst working closely alongside both commercial and operational peers to ensure growth targets and exceptional service levels are achieved/ maintained across your channel.
- Will act as a brand ambassador across new and existing customers, representing the business at the highest level within industry.
- Will have established contacts in the UK discount/ variety retail channel with the ability to prove you can increase revenue streams for a British brand across such channels.
- Commercially astute with the gravitas to represent the business at the highest level.
- A collaborative team player with the ability and willingness to work closely alongside both commercial and operational peers to achieve overall company success.
