Our client Is a leading food group who manufacture and supply a range of branded and own label Foods for UK grocery retail and OOH markets. Having invested significantly in recent times they are entering a period of growth and are looking to bring in fresh talent to lead a development plan across the UK Grocery retail channel.
- Reporting to the Sales Director you will deliver a commercial growth strategy with full accountability for sales into all UK Grocery retail customers.
- Will lead and mentor a team with 4 direct reports and utilise group commercial & operational resources to deliver growth through predominately existing accounts.
- Will engage with customers at a senior level, focussing on deliver Joint business plans, introducing new product and ensuring exceptional customer service levels.
- Will have a proven track record growing sales in existing UK Grocer retail accounts and ideally have experience in both brand and own label sales.
- A team player with exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent a food business during a period of planned growth.
- Will be keen to join an organisation who are targeting significant growth by delivering exceptional customer service levels.
