About this position:
Our client is a rapidly growing British food brand with a leading market share across UK Grocery markets. They are looking to appoint a head of sales and marketing to drive new business revenue streams in Continental Europe for the first time.
- Reporting directly to the board you will design and deliver an international growth strategy to drive profitable revenue streams in European Grocery channels in a highly autonomous leadership position.
- Will build and develop a team as the business grows and work closely with board level peers to assist across all areas of business.
- Of graduate calibre, you will have a proven track record in a relevant branded FMCG category with the ability to prove you can increase revenues for a British business across European Grocery channels.
- The Gravitas and communication skills to represent the brand on an international stage, you will be comfortable operating in both a hands on and strategic manner.
- An inspirational business leader capable of building a high performing team you will be commercially astute & ambitious and be keen to play a vital role during a period of major planned growth.
