Our client is a hugely successful British personal care brand who enjoy a leading market share across UK retail markets. With major international growth plans they are looking to appoint a head of sales to grow their brand presence in Germany.
- Reporting directly to the CEO you will design and deliver an international growth agenda in a highly autonomous role.
- Will build and lead an international sales force and work closely alongside peers in operational roles to ensure overall business success.
- The brand/ business ambassador in the region you will build strategic relationships with both retail customers direct and third-party agents/ distributors to achieve and exceed group targets.
- Ideally degree educated with the ability to prove you can increase profitable revenue streams for a British FMCG brand in a relevant European market.
- Excellent communication skills with a successful track record working closely alongside key distribution partners.
- Fluent English essential, German highly advantageous.
