Our client is a rapidly growing importer of brand and own label ambient food products who have achieved a turnover in excess of £75m in the last 5 years. Due to further expansion / growth plans they require an experienced sales leader to increase market share through UK grocery customers.
- Reporting directly to the managing director you will lead and mentor a national sales force focussing on increasing profitable revenue streams through UK grocery retail customers.
- Will lead through both a strategic and hands on approach and contribute in all areas of business to ensure company success.
- Degree educated with a proven track record in the food sector and the ability to lead a national sales function across both branded and own label products.
- Would suit a seasoned bluechip trained National Account Manager looking for their first head of sales appointment in a company focused on UK category captaincy through the delivery of excellent customer service level.
