Our client is a leading supplier of technical engineering services to predominantly UK and International defence forces. Due to a restructure they have created a new role and are looking to appoint a Head of sales.
- Reporting Directly to the managing director you will hold full strategic accountability for sales and customer development within your business unit.
- Will design and deliver a global growth strategy focussing on increasing profitable revenue streams through new and existing channels.
- Operating in a customer facing and hands-on role, you will lead and mentor a growing team and utilise group resources to further enhance relationships with customers at a senior level.
- Ideally a graduate engineer with the ability to prove you can increase sales in the UK and International defence sector.
- Additional language skills and experience working in Middle eastern markets advantageous.
- Comfortable with regular international travel.
