Our client is a global leading premium FMCG brand with a leading market share in their category across numerous channels. They are entering a period of growth and looking for a regionally experienced general manager to drive business performance.
- Reporting directly to Group Chief Executive, you will hold full strategic responsibility for business performance across all channels in the APAC region.
- Will refresh/ build on, lead and mentor the senior management team to drive profitable revenues in the region.
- Will design and deliver a commercially centric growth agenda for the region to ensure profitable revenue growth continues and hold top to top relationships with blue-chip customers across all channels.
- Ideally degree and MBA educated with extensive experience in a relevant branded FMCG environment and the ability to prove you can increase profitable revenue streams whilst being solely responsible for the performance of a business in the far east or APAC.
- Regional language skills preferred with the gravitas and ability to represent the brand in the region with exceptional communication skills and leadership qualities.
