About this position: 

Our client is a leading global brand and one of the most respected designers, manufacturers and distributors of components and packaged solutions used in flow control applications across the HVAC, Water sectors and high pressure gas sectors supplying blue chip OEM’s and major wholesalers / distributors with a presence in 21 countries.

The Role: 
  • Holding full P&L accountability for the UK you will report to the Vice President and will directly oversee all aspects of the business.

 

  • Working closely with peers you will leverage product/market synergies via cross selling and market analysis across core divisions, delivering and refining the business plan.

 

  • You will develop best practice in Sales & Marketing and develop world class sales and key account processes for the UK and implement an export strategy.
The Person: 
  • Engineering degree and ideally MBA qualified you will have a successful track record of P&L leadership and sales development within the Mechanical Products arena into distributors and OEMs.

 

  • You will be an expert in recognising and justifying new business opportunities and will have a proven track record of profitable sales growths.

 

  • You will be both technically and commercially astute with first class communication skills and have the flexibility to travel.
