Our client is leading Aluminium Extrusion business operating across the UK & Europe with a reputation for Innovation, customer delivery and service. They wish to appoint a Interim Operations Director for an initial 12 month contract with a view of going permanent at their UK facility to drive Change across the facility.
- Part of the senior leadership team and reporting into the Managing Director you lead and implement the strategy focused on Change Management, Customer Delivery whilst promoting a Industry leading Health & Safety culture.
- Act in a role requiring high levels of internal and external interaction whilst ensuing profitable growth and commercial returns.
- Degree qualified you will have expertise within the metals manufacturing sector preferably with exposure to Aluminium extrusion in a operation role with change management expertise.
- You will be commercially and technically astute with the gravitas to implement change management and cultural change in a business which rewards the achievement of targets.
