Our client is a leading Manufacturing company specialising in the aerospace market. They are looking for a Sales Director responsible for developing and managing complex deals and partnerships with tier 1 OEMs and Avionics businesses across the EMEA region.
- Drive, lead, create and manage a business development pipeline utilising your existing network of business along with your creativity to source prospective clients and partners
- Be able to manage multiple stakeholders across numerous locations
- To lead and further develop a team and also define strategies for the business area to effectively maximise business opportunities.
- Strong business development skills, with proven ability to drive performance from key accounts, and develop new relationships.
- Knowledge and experience of complex systems in the aerospace market
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to develop relationships and drive brand presence
