Our Client is a family owned Manufacturer of chilled and frozen bakery and added value Food products with an excellent reputation across UK grocery and food service markets. Due to succession planning they require an experienced Executive to lead their Commercial team.
- Key member of the senior management, you will operate in a national role with full strategic accountability for the company’s Sales and Marketing functions.
- Will lead and mentor a broad commercial team across grocery, retail and food service customers to increase profitable revenue streams for the business through both a strategic and hands on approach.
- Will engage with customers at a senior level and contribute in all areas of business to ensure overall business success.
- Will have a proven track record in a rounded commercial leadership role within the food manufacturing sector. Ideally experienced in a similar sized organisation however would suit a blue chip trained executive with the gravitas and ability to own a commercial business strategy.
- This role would suit a seasoned nationally experienced Sales Executive who is looking for longevity in a leading SME who pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service levels.
