Our client is a rapidly growing seafood business with a leading presence in the fish and shellfish arena, supplying the UK retail, wholesale and food service markets. Due to an internal promotion they require an experienced sales professional to lead a national sales team.
- Reporting to the Group Managing Director you will have full strategic sales management through all channels in the UK.
- You will lead a national sales team with eight direct reports, focussing on increasing revenue streams through both new and existing accounts.
- Of degree calibre you will have an extensive successful background in chilled or frozen food product sales to the UK, ideally from the seafood arena but may suit a candidate with a proven track record in non/own brand food sales.
- You will have excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
