Our Client- is a market leading manufacturer of rotating electro-mechanical equipment, supplying into companies in the power, water chemical, hydrocarbon, oil and gas, mining, food and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing new product sales strategies, working closely with the technical team.
- To deliver annual budgeted sales revenue, managing key customer relationships, finalising contractual and commercial negotiations.
- You will be Degree educated, in an engineering or technical discipline, with a proven track record of strategic bidding and sales delivery within a quality focussed assembly and manufacturing company.
- You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and possess the gravitas and leadership skills to manage a diverse team of people skilled in customer relationship management. Strong influencing and commercial negotiation skills are a key requirement.
