Our client is a well respected and established provider of outsourced facilities management services to a diverse customer base across both the private and public sectors. Due to a planned programme of growth, they wish to appoint a Sales Director.
- Delivering the planned growth in both revenue and profit, through the development of winning bids and new business sales.
- To build and manage a successful sales and bidding team, developing and implementing sales campaigns, sales structures and team management.
- Demonstrable track record of success in delivering sales growth in a commercial organisation, through direct sales, bidding/tendering.
- Ability to produce statistical information to monitor and control business development activities and produce reports for the board.
