Our client is a rapidly growing premium beverage brand with an established customer base in the UK including top 4 grocers. Due to further planned growth in UK and European Export markets they are looking to appoint a Sales Director for the first time.
- Reporting to the Chief Executive and a key member of the SLT, you will hold complete strategic responsibility for sales across UK and (initially European) export markets.
- Will lead, mentor and further expand a multifunctional team whilst working closely alongside both Marketing and Operational peers to ensure growth targets and exceptional service levels are achieved/ maintained across all channels.
- Will act as a brand ambassador across new and existing markets, representing the business at the highest level within industry.
- Will have established contacts in the UK beverage arena with the ability to prove you can increase revenue streams for a British brand across various business channels. Previous export experience in a relevant category preferred but not essential.
- Commercially astute with the gravitas to represent the business at the highest level across Europe.
- A collaborative team player with the ability and willingness to work closely alongside both commercial and operational peers to achieve overall company success.
