Our client is an award-winning supplier of private label household products to UK Grocery and discount channels with an enviable category leading presence. Due to planned growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Director to the Senior leadership team.
- A key member of the board you will lead a multifunction team with complete strategic responsible for the group’s commercial growth agenda.
- Focussing on growing revenues across new and existing Customers, you will design and deliver a commercial growth strategy in a highly autonomous role with 4 direct reports.
- Will represent the business at the highest level within industry and work closely alongside customers and peers to ensure short and long term business plans are exceeded.
- You will have a successful track record supplying UK Grocery and discount channels with the ability to prove you can significant grow profitable revenue streams.
- Will be keen to operate in a broad customer facing commercial leadership position that requires both a hands on and strategic approach to further the success of the business.
- An excellent record in people development with the gravitas and communication skills to represent the business.
