About this position:
Our client is a well-established provider of TFM, Services throughout the UK who work across a variety of vertical sectors. They wish to appoint a Sales Director with FM sales experience to head up their public sector sales division.
- You will have full P&L strategic sales responsibility for the public sector division throughout the UK. To be responsible for the bid management process from initial client contact through to bid and contract award.
- To deliver a sales strategy which meets and exceeds the company’s expectations in terms of growth. This is a highly visible, hands-on, sales role, with responsibility for defining and executing a programme of sales and marketing initiatives that will significantly increase revenues in the next 3 to 5 years.
- You will have extensive sales experience within Facilities Management support services to the public sector. Experience of creating and winning major bids, contracts and framework agreements
- A skilled communicator and negotiator, with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, commercially astute with a track record of sales success.
