Our client is a profitable FM outsourcing business with an established client base across both the Public and Private sectors. Due to continued expansion they wish to appoint a hands-on Sales and Marketing Director, to further grow sales across the above sectors.
- Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, as a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for all activities required to secure the planned growth of the business.
- To develop a pipeline of opportunities in both the public and private sectors, and the necessary bidding capabilities to secure them.
- Preparation of sales and growth information and forecasts for the board. Identification of potential M&A and partnership opportunities.
- Ideally of graduate calibre, you will have a proven track record of sale success, in either the FM or major public sector outsourcing sectors.
- A deep understanding of sales team management, including lead generation, prospecting, productivity management, rewards and motivation.
- Extensive experience of high-level engagement in target markets with a track record of delivering strategic and tactical marketing campaigns.
