Our client is a leading, well established infrastructure and support services business operating across the private and public sectors, including commercial, retail, education, healthcare and defence. With a full order book and planned programme of business growth, they wish to appoint a Head of Business Development.
- Reporting to the group Director you will have full strategic sales responsibility, operating across both the public and private sectors, hard and soft FM services.
- Strategic client identification, new business growth, contract negotiation, you will be responsible for delivering annual budgeted sales, managing key customer relationships, delivering sustainable profitable growth.
- Ideally of graduate calibre with a significant track record of sales success in growing an FM, support services business. The ability to develop and deliver sales strategies and action plans which will enable the company to widen the scope of the business.
- You will be familiar with the bid process and be experienced in the negotiation of complex contracts. A ‘hands on’ business developer with the ability to present at senior level.
