About this position:
Our client is a market leader in non-food consumer goods with an international presence, supplying branded products to the multiple and independent sectors.
- Reporting directly to the UK MD you will develop and control the short, medium and long terms sales and marketing strategy for the UK business.
- Personally, and through management of the team – establish outstanding working relationships with clients at Board and Senior levels in order to achieve business objectives.
- Enhance client facing standards and service levels through the implementation of specific initiatives.
- Ideally graduate educated with a proven track record of substantial sales achievement within the non-food FMCG sector.
- Customer services oriented with the ability to establish and support long term partnerships.
- Excellent people skills with the vision, inspiration and dynamism to lead a team of highly motivated individuals.
- Keen negotiation and presentation skills at Board level.
