Our client is a leading UK multidisciplined main contractor with a reputation for Safety, innovation, and delivery across the Transport Infrastructure sector.
Following continued profitable growth, they wish to appoint a Bid Manager to lead their business on Rail bids based at their head office in the North West.
Reporting into the Director you will work across a portfolio of Rail Civils Infrastructure projects working closely with the preconstruction team as a key member of staff.
You will lead and coordinate the preparation & submission of bids and manage the day to day leadership of a well-established team promoting best practice & providing technical input.
Act in a client facing role and with internal department heads you will maintain & develop long term relationships at a senior level.
Ideally with a Degree in Quantity Surveying qualified or equivalent you will have in-depth UK expertise across Rail civils infrastructure contracting sector on projects in the UK.
Drive best practice across the function implementing process and systems in a role requiring high levels of client/stakeholder’s interaction and technical input.
With first class communication skills you will be well versed in all aspects of successful bid preparation and submission.
