Our client is an Independent and Mutual Building Society, based in the North West, they are currently looking to appoint a Compliance Manager.
To support delivery of compliant policies and procedures throughout the business and create a culture of compliance through collaboration.
To work with the Regulatory Change Manager to ensure the business delivers compliant processes and controls which meet required standards in regulation.
To manage the Compliance function and deliver the annual compliance plan, reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer.
You will have savings and mortgages risk and compliance experience, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory and legislative documents.
You will be experienced in effectively managing risk and developing compliant solutions in a regulated environment. Detailed orientated with the judgement and ability to analyse and interpret complex information and situations.
Project management skills coupled to the ability to work on multiple workstreams with a strong sense of ethics and integrity, will be key attributes for the role.
