Our client is a hugely popular British FMCG Brand who have enjoyed significant success in recent times across various channels. Due to planned international expansion/growth they are looking to appoint a European Sales Director.
- Reporting directly to the Chief executive officer and a key member of the senior leadership team you will enjoy complete strategic responsibility for brand performance outside the United Kingdom, focusing on growing profitable revenue streams in Europe.
- Will operate in a hands on strategic leadership position where you will build, lead and mentor an international sales team as the business grows.
- Will engage with new and existing customers and third-party partners to build strong collaborative relationships and work closely with other functional business leaders to ensure group targets are achieved.
- The ability to prove you can increase profitable revenue streams in the FMCG sector across Europe through the deployment of your strategy.
- The gravitas to engage with new and existing customers across Europe you will be comfortable leading commercial negotiations across various channels.
- Ideally bi-lingual with the ability to build and lead an international sales team.
