Our client is a leading provider of Software and Business Support Services across a variety of vertical sectors, including Financial Services, Industrial and Telecoms. Due to a planned programme of growth and restructuring, they are looking to appoint a Sales Director.
- Drive, lead, create and manage a business development pipeline utilising your existing network of business along with your creativity to source prospective clients and partners.
- You will identify and develop future growth markets within the UK and ultimately the wider European market.
- To lead and further develop a team and also define strategies for the business area to effectively maximise business opportunities.
- Degree qualified with a proven track record in a sales leadership role within an established IT, Systems Integrator or BPO company.
- The ability to lead a high-performance sales team, but also be a ‘hands-on’ business developer.
Strong networking skills, with the ability to develop relationships at ‘C-Suite’ level.
