About this position:
Our client is a globally renowned manufacturer of private label products across a broad range of non-food FMCG categories. Due to a recent promotion, they wish to appoint a UK Head of Sales.
- With direct lines to the Group Sales Director and UK Commercial Managing Director you will be responsible for solely the company’s UK and Ireland Variety Retailer accounts.
- You will be tasked with nurturing a large number of current accounts as well as developing and implementing an aggressive strategy for the acquisition of new business within the Discount Retail Sector.
- You will lead a large sales team to meet turnover targets and achieve strong commercial performance on both tendered and negotiated new business.
- Ideally of graduate calibre, you must have a proven track record of successfully growing revenues and acquiring new business within the Variety Retail channel.
- You have previously developed strong commercial relationships with major Discount Retailers and have access to key contacts at the highest level.
