The EU General Data Protection Register (GDPR) is a significant piece of European legislation which came into force on 25th May2018. It builds on existing data protection laws, strengthening the rights that EU individuals have over their personal data, and creating a single data protection approach across Europe.

Barnaby Stewart complies with applicable GDPR regulations as a data controller.

We are committed to address EU data protection requirements applicable to us as a data controller. These efforts have been critical in our ongoing preparations for the GDPR.

Barnaby Stewart have undertaken a full review of all internal security and privacy policies to ensure that all personal data within or passing through the company, is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.

We have implemented the relevant tools and practices to ensure the safeguarding of any data handled by Barnaby Stewart and all of its employees.

All employees have been provided with the relevant training, so they are aware of all GDPR procedures, restrictions and the right to be forgotten.

Barnaby Stewart has undertaken a review of all supplier and third- party contracts and arrangements to ensure that all of our partners apply the same high standards of data protection.
